Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your money! Return the item to us in 30 days of receipt and we will give your money back. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Order Processing, Shipping & Handling Policies.
All orders are promptly processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Please note that all items ordered are not necessarily shipped together.

UPS Ground and DHL Rush Delivery ship all orders.
For UPS Ground will take 7 - 12 Business days to delivery orders, depending on where you are located in the USA.
For DHL Rush Delivery will take 3 - 4 Business days to ship orders.
UPS and DHL require a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Orders sent to PO Boxes ship via UPS Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation and may take longer to arrive.

Our shipping rates are:

• $6.95 for all continental United States orders under $40 ,
• $7.95 for orders between $41 and $75 with UPS Ground.
  
• $8.95 for orders between $75 and $100 with UPS Ground.
  
• FREE ground shipping for orders over $100 for all continental United States orders.
  
• $20 per order for DHL Rush Delivery
